Recommendation Letter

Recommendation for our food options before Prom.

To: Jenny Shepard and Melissa Noble
From: Malainie Bender
Subject: Recommendation to Bucca di Beppo

I have researched many possible locations available for our group dinner before heading over to prom. After examining these locations I have narrowed it down to two locations: Bucca di Beppo and The Cheese Cake Factory. I have developed the following standards for an ideal eating spot for dinner.

1) Cost
2) Food Quality
3) Location
Recommendation
I recommend that we eat at Bucca di Beppo for our dinner before prom. This location meets all the above criteria with acceptable costs for big groups, great food quality and a close location to where prom is located.

Discussion
COST

Bucca di Beppo: This nice Italian restaurant offers an easy way to save money and order food as a group. They offer their lager group plates that feed multiple people. With the option of sharing our meals it will be easier to get more for our money.

Cheese Cake Factory: Even though The Cheese Cake Factory has some reasonably fair prices, it doesn't give the option of group plates. With everyone paying for separate plates it adds up and will eventually cost us all more money.

Conclusion: With the easier option of group plates and sharing the food our costs will be way cheaper. The Cheese Cake Factory is a good option but Bucca di Beppo would be the better choice for a large group.

FOOD QUALITY:

Bucca di Beppo: This well known Italian restaurant has many great reviews on their family style food. I have personally visited this restaurant and tried the food, its quite excellent.

Cheese Cake Factory: I am sure the food would be alright, but I don't think it would be imaginative or quite appealing. I have also been to the Cheese Cake Factory and they are good but nothing to rave about.

Conclusion: I think its best if we eat at Bucca di beppo to experience good home made Italian style food.

LOCATION:

Bucca di Beppo: Bucca is located downtown in the Gaslamp district. With being downtown it is close to The Hyatt Manchester hotel where prom is being held.

Cheese Cake Factory:  The Cheese Cake Factory is located in Linda Visa which is farther away from the hotel. Which means a longer drive resulting in having to pay more for the limo.

Conclusion: With Bucca di Beppo being closer to our final destination, i think its the obvious choice to choose it over the Cheese Cake Factory which is farther away.

Overall I think Bucca di Beppo would be the more practical choice to go out to dinner before prom.
